Branding Brief

To create a brand ID that reflects the feel of the serviced offices - cool, modern and sophisticated. The brand must be clearly identifiable and fit in with the colour scheme of the offices. The logo needs to be easily applied onto printed stationery, office signage, promotional material and a corporate brochure.

The Result

We researched similar serviced offices within the area. It became apparent that the nearby competition hadn't invested much time into their branding and were relying on their position. Many of the offices were only half full so we realised it was imperative to get the branding and associated marketing collateral right if we were going to generate the 'wow' factor. The result was a simple yet very stylish logo and so easy on the eye that you feel you've seen it somewhere before. It makes an obvious reference to Mulberry with the icon yet still feels very modern. The offices were full within 6 months of opening. Job done!
