Web Brief

Peterborough Council wanted to create a site for local teenagers to use as a place to find out about and comment on local issues concerning them, upcoming events, jobs, college info and generally act as a central hub for local youth information.

The Result

Speed designed and built html templates and then handed over to the internal council web developers to build the 'backend' of the site. Workshops were held with local teenagers to establish colours, patterns, styles and navigation...we also introduced skin-able options to make it more personal to the user and added a 'hide' button in case the user was reading something sensitive and wanted to quickly escape off the page.
